I’ve enjoyed more than 10 years in construction, property investments, and land planning. My specialties include land use design, raw land purchase and sale, and other residential properties in desire of division planning, pursuing passive house or living future standards of new green construction, and community project development (14 or less lots).

I understand the journey, the struggles, and the obstacles to finding the right home. 

I’m currently building on 15 acres in Bristol, being developed around vernal pool conservation, old gravel pit resources, forested wetland management, and multiple seasonal streams turned into an irrigation system. My favorite parts have been building the road, milling the wood, being a part of the survey, wetland delineation, and doing dual agency in Maine for the first time as a buyer. I know the process and can help you through it too. I really enjoy working with different towns and all the bodies of knowledge, professional communities, and local associations that come with the job of finding, designing, and building homes. 

After traveling for 5+ years in Maine to find the right place to call home for my family, my tireless effort finally paid off in 2024. Not only did we have incredible acreage that saw over 200% in value gain over the first year of ownership from road work and site design alone, we also bought a pre-1900s cape, renovated it in the middle of winter, and finally own where I work, live, and play! It takes determination, communication, and hard work but I love what I do.
