Inspection Services
Examination of all major components of the building, relying on a visual inspection of only what is accessible for clues and telltale signs. The emphasis of the inspection is on discovering conditions that could significantly alter the true cost of your purchase while putting in perspective the necessary repair or remedy.

I provide a written report following nationally recognized standards of practice. The report can be emailed with supporting photos for your convenience.
