mobile office that provided him with
the ability to type and print contracts,
schedule to show, research or print any property on the MLS as well as
send/receive faxes, e-mails or instant messages. In addition, with
his Global Positioning System (GPS) he automatically routes a
systematic path to efficiently show his buyers as many properties as they
possibly can with what time they have. All this and so much more can
be
done within the convenience of his vehicle.
Tim Dunham Realty cares about the clients it represents, so Tim dedicates much time in improving the agency by training the staff of licensees with skills that prepare the agents to represent their clients to the fullest!
